Editing tips for better color

• Start with Auto, refine manually

  Let the AI lay down a realistic color base across the whole image first. Then switch to the Paint brush to correct specific objects — a red dress the model guessed blue, or a particular wall color you remember.

• Use high-quality source images

  The AI reads texture and tonal detail to predict colors. A sharp, high-resolution scan (300 DPI or above) gives it more to work with than a small, compressed thumbnail.

• Dial back intensity for a vintage look

  Full color intensity produces vivid, modern-looking results. Pulling the slider to 50–70% creates a softer, hand-tinted feel that suits historical photos and heritage projects.

• Batch-edit a series for consistency

  Working with a set of photos from the same era or shoot? Add them all at once, pick one color style and quality preset, then hit “Download all” for a cohesive look across every image.
